How will I know that you received my order?
When your shopping is completed, you will be sent an email confirming the receipt of order, if you provided an email address.
After placing my order, what if I have a question or need to make a change?
We recommend that you print a copy of your online receipt. On each receipt you will find the date and time that the order was placed. Simply email us immediately and identify your order using the date and time along with your name and we will be glad to help you. However, we can not make changes to orders that have already been shipped. Once you return the item to us, we will gladly make any modifications that you request. All refund returns must be received by us within seven (7) days after you receive it. Please email us or call us to let us know that you will be sending us an item and to obtain a return ID tracking number from us.
After placing my order, what if I decide to cancel it?
We recommend that you are certain about your order before completing the ordering process. On the receipt you will find date and time that the order was placed, simply email us and identify your order using the date and time along with your name and we will be glad to help you. Orders that have already been shipped can not be cancelled because we have no way of recalling the package once it has been shipped. However, when you receive the package just return the item to us and we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase. When will I receive my order?
Delivery time including order processing is approximately 10 business days (Monday-Friday). If for any reason the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
What size is the bracelet?
Each bracelet is handmade especially for you, therefore we have total flexibility and are able to make the bracelet according to the size that you desire. For your convenience we have sizes 7, 7 1/4, 7 1/2, 8, 8 1/4, 8 1/2 & 9 and 'adjustable' selected as options on our shopping cart. The adjustable clasp will adjust from 7 inch to 9 inch.
How do I decide what size my bracelet should be?
Proper sizing is very important, please be sure to measure your wrist and add approximately an additional 1 inch for a good fitting. We suggest that you measure your wrist using a tape measure, or measure the length of one of your favorite bracelets. Due to the costs of supplies, there is an additional charge for size requests over 9 inches, email us for more info.
What if my item does not fit?
No problem. Simply return the item to us and we will gladly resize it at no additional charge, however the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Please email us to let us know that you will be sending us an item and to obtain a return ID tracking number from us.
What if my item breaks?
No problem. If at any time your bracelet breaks, we will gladly restring it for you. Simply return the item to us and we'll restring it at no additional charge if you have all of the beads and the clasp. The customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping and for the replacement of missing beads or a missing clasp. Replacement costs may vary, and is determined on a case by case basis. We will always inform you of the replacement costs prior to repairing your item. Please email us to let us know that you will be sending us an item and to obtain a return ID tracking number from us.
Is my personal information and credit card/bank information safe?
Yes. We want you to be comfortable that your shopping experience with us is safe and secure. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The purchase area of our site is secure and all important information is encrypted for your protection. You can verify this by noting the lock or key on your browser (usually on the bottom right of your screen). It will be visible when you are checking out. Even though it is encrypted, we take the further precaution of removing your credit card information from our database shortly after your order ships. We highly respect your privacy.
We only use your personal information for the purpose of record keeping and shipping your order. On some occasions, if you allow us to, we may contact you to inform about new upcoming items, promotions or sales. Your personal record will NOT be shared or used by anyone else for any other purposes whatsoever. Simply stated, we fully respect your privacy. Any personal information we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise given out under any circumstances.
