We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, just let us know. You may return your item for an exchange or for a full refund.
If your item breaks - We'll repair it! If at any time your bracelet or other item should break, we will gladly restring it for you. Simply return the item to us and we'll restring it at no additional charge if you have all of the beads and the clasp.

The customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping and for the replacement of missing beads or missing clasp/toggle.
Replacement costs may vary, and is determined on a case by case basis. We will always inform you of the replacement costs prior to repairing your item.
