Return Policy
We will gladly refund your purchase or provide you with a reasonable product exchange if you are not satisfied with your original purchase.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt in the original shipping condition.
Before returning an item: You must call us (770.316.3780 or 1.800.723.2881) or email us (sales@creativeawareness.com) to obtain a return ID tracking number. Shipping costs are non refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Engraved items are non refundable, in which case if an engraved items was ordered $15 will be deducted from your total refund amount for each engraved item.
